Moloty Bridal provides a 14-day risk-free return policy, effective from the moment you receive your package. This policy applies to all standard-sized items and comes with a $60 return fee per item.

RETURN POLICY
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

It's important to note that our gowns are crafted to measure, consuming significant resources and skilled handiwork. As such, we enforce a strict no-refund policy on any customized items.

Eligible Returns

• Dresses without any custom modifications.
• Standard Moloty Bridal sizes ranging from 4 to 20.
• Stock items can be returned, regardless of size.

Non-Eligible Items for Return

• Custom-sized dresses.
• Items that have been damaged or soiled while in the customer's possession.
• Sale items or items purchased at a discount.
• Rush fees are non-refundable.
• Sketches and fabric swatches.
• Customized or personalized orders.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Order cancellations are free of charge for any reason, provided they occur before the customer's final confirmation to commence production. If a cancellation is made after production has started, related costs will be deducted accordingly. Please note that dresses only go into production after our consultant contacts you for a final confirmation on the size, measurements, and any design modifications.
