Return Policy
Customers may return items within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and original packaging intact. Please contact us before returning any items to receive return instructions.
It's important to note that our gowns are crafted to measure, consuming significant resources and skilled handiwork. As such, we enforce a strict no-refund policy on any CUSTOMIZED items.

Eligible Returns
- Non-customized stock items are eligible for return
- Non-branded wedding dresses
Non-Eligible Items for Return
- Custom-sized or personalized orders.
- Dresses that are customized, tailored, or made-to-measure are non-refundable.
- Brand-Exclusive Made-to-Order Wedding Dress
- Items that have been damaged or soiled while in the customer's possession.
- Items purchased at a discount, such as during a sample sale or with a discount coupon applied
- Rush fees and shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Order cancellations are free of charge for any reason, provided they occur before the customer's final confirmation to commence production. However, please note that all orders require a minimum 50% deposit upfront. This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation stage.
If a cancellation is made after production has started, any additional costs incurred will be deducted accordingly. Dresses only go into production after our consultant contacts you for a final confirmation on the size, measurements, and any design modifications.
